If you're on a roll, keep rollin'.
Martin Geddes is scrambling to push his application for Judicial Review to the High Court as Litigant in Person on time, whilst simultaneously involved in a complex legal case in the US.
It's the UK case that prompts his update this week.
If the SAS ever need a legal beagle, then I suggest he is attempting the legal equivalent of the SAS entry course, with consequences that no man may foresee ... but happily, he has A I to back him up and do much of the detailed heavy lifting required.

A film by Mikki Willis about the trial of medical researcher and outspoken Big Pharma critic Dr. Robert Young, whose father Dr Robert O. Young wrote books about how to maintain good health.
In fact, one of his books - "The pH Miracle" - was instrumental in my own recovery from eating carelessly ... when we are young we can eat whatever we feel like and we can get away with it, but when we get older our body's need for good nutrition at some point becomes critical, and we can no longer eat carelessly. The pH Miracle set me on the right path to recovery (urticaria + middle-age spread since you ask) and I have never looked back.
I believe it's true to say that most don't understand that the body needs to maintain its alkalinity, and to that end it will strip the nutrients it needs from its very bones if necessary. But if we eat the right foods that support alkalinity in balance with those that don't, then the path to good health becomes a lot more straightforward. It's almost that simple, the rest is tidying up.
But healthy people don't fill Big Pharma's coffers ...

A thoughtful piece in the Daily Sceptic this morning give pause for thought.
There's certainly something in it, and it certainly highlights a challenge - how best to respond to an unexpected challenging situation that we have not prepared for? In the moment, we tend to resort to the least confrontational response, but is that the best response?
Could we do better?
Clearly it's time to try a different approach that doesn't sacrifice truth for delusion, but does help others toward seeing things differently.
