Readers who have been following UK Column will have heard of the cases of Lyn Thyer and David Noakes, who were prosecuted by the MHRA in the UK for having the temerity to offer GcMAF as a potential cure for cancer, found guilty and served time for this heinous crime of curing people who preferred to take their chances with GcMAF rather than chemo.

The French then got into the act by serving European Arrest Warrants on them and prosecuting them in France for the same offence, since when he has been languishing in a French gaol awaiting his fate. Lyn Thyer was released as she had already served half her sentence awaiting trial.

The recent hearing about whether David should be released pending conclusion of his trial resulted in him being released, on condition that he will attend court to receive the final verdict on his case.

A previous request to the International Criminal Court in the Hague as far as I know has not been progressed, although they were sent a reminder.

Over one year since the November 2020 elections in the USA, and no court has heard substantive evidence of election fraud.

This could be about to change.

Mike Lindell supposedly has custody of a great deal of technical evidence of internet packets captured on the day that he has been legally unable to present in court. So he has been negotiating with state Attorneys General, who are not so constrained (don't ask me why exactly).

So will the election finally get its day in court?

It may all be over by Christmas!

(But I wouldn't place any money on it just yet... )

In the UK the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care is mandating the jabs for front-line workers in both care homes and in the NHS (although the NHS have a reprieve until 2nd quarter 2022).

In the USA the Biden administration is similarly attempting to mandate healthcare workers to take the jabs.

In both cases this is being done through pressuring the employers to enforce the rule, which brings employment law into play, in addition to the healthcare arguments over just how infection is supposed to spread (whether by workers and/or by patients), what efficacy the vaccines actually confer, and whether those who have achieved natural immunity should be compelled to also take the jab. And so on. Everybody insisting (that word again) that they are right and everybody else is wrong.

MADRID, Oct 22 (EUROPA PRESS) -

"The Government has created a work team to proceed with the return of all the fines that were imposed on citizens during the first state of alarm by COVID-19 and cancel the files that were still being processed by the administration, as reported to Europa Press sources from the Ministry of Territorial Policy."

Spain's Constitutional Court has ruled that the first State of Emergency was unconstitutional and therefore all the fines imposed under those rules will have to be returned.

The Court has still to rule on the second State of Emergency.
