The original complaint was lodged at Hammersmith by retired policeman Mark Sexton, and it was subsequently decided that Hammersmith would play the lead role in the investigations.

This is hugely significant because if the police are formally investigating a serious crime involving vaccine damage to health, then every citizen is entitled to take appropriate action at vaccination centres to stop further vaccinations and thus prevent any possible further damage to health.
Obviously this needs to be carefully done in full recognition that the staff involved are probably completely unaware of the circumstances of the investigation and will need to be presented with evidence, in particular with the above Hammersmith police crime number.
Police forces across the country have all been notified, although not all policemen and women may be aware yet.
In the first instance, the police should be called and the situation explained to them. They are then responsible to secure the scene of the potential crime and collect all available evidence to storage for subsequent analysis as may be required by the main investigation.
If for any reason the police fail to act then concerned citizens may make a citizens arrest as appropriate in order to prevent harm - but this is definitely a last resort to be avoided if at all possible. The police are trained to do that sort of thing for us!

“We therefore appeal to anyone who has suffered the death of a loved one after receipt of the vaccine; anyone who has been injured – from blindness to heart issues; blood clots; strokes; myocarditis etc.
“We’d also like to hear from those illegally threatened with No jab, no job" (potential blackmail)
