Now that the science of climate change has been "settled" for so long, it's refreshing to hear of a climate scientist who actually looked at the data and realised that the CO₂ effect couldn't be producing it.

So he donned his thinking cap and came up with another theory - that maybe the science isn't actually settled at all.
