The Bower-Hatted Farmer (he's not wearing it - maybe it's too hot) brings us up to date with the latest pestilence to be inflicted on our meat farmers.
These days it's not possible to rule out any Government stupidity on the grounds that "they wouldn't do that would they" because they've already shown us that there is nothing they wouldn't stoop to.

So the test they use is the same as used to manufacture the Covid pandemic, based on the same PCR process that the Kari Mullis (inventor of the PCR process) said was entirely unsuitable for diagnosing any infection.
(Note that he invented a process to replicate a section of DNA exponentially, not the PCR test itself which by running multiple cycles of the process can find almost anything in any body).
So we must assume that they would.
