It seems that there is more to Operation Talla than meets the eye.
Firstly a couple of notes which seem to have previously evaded my attention:

Secondly, the extension of Operation Talla as a blueprint for the "European Democracy Shield".
"The world thinks 'Operation Talla' ... ended when the masks came off. They are wrong. In 2026, the command structures, the "emergency" funding, and the personnel of Talla have been rebranded" for EU purposes.
