The above is just a small selection of the assertions, but you get the flavour - they are not messing around.
Also worth reading is this Statement of Claim (again in Canada, in the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario) - I'm not going to comment on it, except to note that I have no cause to believe that it is not genuine. It certainly pulls no punches.
I have found this case reported on a number of sites, including this one, which includes an update stating that the above is "not a real case before the courts" without supporting detail. It also draws attention to a case in British Columbia which covers similar ground.
We await developments with interest, although if the Canadian Courts suffer from the same reluctance to take on anti-narrative cases as the Supreme Court in the US, then it's probably best not to hold our breath.
