Shrödinger's Cat is infamous in scientific circles for being shut in a box.
According to quantum theory, the cat is in an indeterminate state, neither alive nor dead, until the box is opened - at that point of being observed, the state of the cat crystallizes into one of it's two possible states: alive or dead - until then by "quantum superposition" it may be considered both (potentially) alive and (potentially) dead.
Here Alex Krainer reviews the intentions of President Trump which appear on multiple fronts to be subject to the same rules - until he visibly enacts a policy, that policy may be one thing or may be something else - nobody can be sure until he takes it out of the box ...
