In passing I might note that we in the UK also need the same products, whether in the raw or in manufactured format.
Maybe all Russia needs to do is to nationalise it's production companies and rake in the profits - sanctions, what sanctions?
Whilst I have tended to regard LaRouchePAC as producing somewhat dry and academic material which I judge many may have little inclination to peruse with the due diligence required of such matter, the current crisis engulfing the world seems to have brought their offerings into a sharper focus of relevance and exposition.
