Well, inevitably this is yet another Covid article, but it does break some startling new ground.
Geert Vanden Bossche PhD DVM, vaccine specialist of "world renown", "expert in vaccine R&D and early vaccine development", throws a proverbial grenade at the WHO and "all stakeholders involved":
"One could only think of very few other strategies to achieve the same level of efficiency in turning a relatively harmless virus into a bioweapon of mass destruction"
That just about sums it up, and as you can see he is not pulling any punches.

I'm not qualified to form any firm judgement about what he is saying, and I'm not sure that I fully follow his argument, but his argument seems to hinge on whether or not the pandemic is ongoing. If it is ongoing and if we are mass vaccinating into the pandemic as he suggests then maybe he could be right.
On the other hand if the pandemic card has been grossly overplayed courtesy of a PCR test that returns unconscionable numbers of false positives, and a monitoring system that inflates the figures by assuming cause of death = Covid merely on the strength of such a test within 28 days of date of death, then the pandemic may have been over in June last year and we already have herd immunity. In which case we are not vaccinating into the pandemic and perhaps his proposition fails.
I really don't know.
What we can say is that in all likelihood this will not be accepted, and for all the wrong reasons. I predict he will simply be ignored, and I hope both he and I will be proven wrong in due course.

It seems I am not alone in not being entirely convinced by Mr Vanden Bossche - this article by journalist Rosemary Frei in the Defender makes a different and perhaps some might think slightly conspiratorial case that in seeking to sow discord over the tactics of vaccination within the ranks of those who are not convinced that Big Pharma have all the answers, he is nevertheless reinforcing the case that Covid is actually a real threat.
As always, it's your own judgement that counts.
