Ramesh Thakur picks some holes, including the reasonably obvious need for a National strategy to fit in with a globally recognised International strategy - perhaps that will come along in due course when the UN and all its globalist works have been reformed, and Trump presently is merely setting some ideas in place to get ahead of the curve.
Worth reading, but perhaps a premature stop-gap publication.
