It All Hinges on the PCR Test - What if It's Inaccurate?

When the pandemic subsided in June and deaths became "normal" again, many of us thought that it was all over.
Not so fast! Deprived of their death statistics, the newspapers and governments world-wide simply transferred their attention to "cases", a suspect figure depending solely on a positive result from the now famous PCR Test.
Medical tests are normally applied at the request of a physician in order to confirm or exclude a suspected diagnosis, but today we see a frantic effort to apply it to all and sundry as widely as possible and to regard every positive result as an infection.
I won't rehearse these arguments yet again here, but a result of this strategy is that:
if the PCR Test should not be worthy of the trust that is currently accorded it, then the pandemic narrative is rebutted in short order.
Now "we all know" that science is advanced by the "scientific method" whereby somebody publishes a paper in as well-known a journal as he can persuade to publish it, and that paper will describe the detailed research undertaken and the results achieved so that other scientists can replicate the work and validate or disprove the original findings.
Until a sufficient body of confirmatory research/validation has been carried out, the original paper stands as a proposition, rather than as accepted truth.
The "PCR Test" for SARS-Cov-2 was first published in a paper entitled "Detection of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) by real-time RT-PCR” (Eurosurveillance 25(8) 2020) and was attributed to a number of authors, including Victor M Corman and Christian Drosten in January 2020.
This paper was subsequently adopted by the WHO as the authority upon which the roll-out of the PCR Test world-wide was based.
So it is with great interest that I note the findings of a new paper that seems to be the first peer review of that original paper:
Authored by Pieter Borger, Rajesh K. Malhotra, Michael Yeadon and others, it presents a point-by-point review in which
- "all components of the test design were cross checked"
- "the protocol recommendations were assessed with respect to good laboratory practice"
- "the parameters were examined against relevant scientific literature covering the field"
They point out (amongst many other issues) that
- "neither the presented test nor the manuscript itself fulfils the requirements for an acceptable scientific publication"
- "serious conflicts of interest of the authors are not mentioned"
- "the very short timescale between submission and acceptance of the publication (24 hours) signifies that a systematic peer review process was either not performed here, or of problematic poor quality"
- "considering the scientific and methodological blemishes presented here, we are confident that the editorial board of Eurosurveillance has no other choice but to retract the publication"
- "A final point is one of major concern. It turns out that two authors of the Corman-Drosten paper, Christian Drosten and Chantal Reusken, are also members of the editorial board of this journal"
Of particular significance they assert
- "In short, a design relying merely on close genetic relatives does not fulfill the aim for a “robust diagnostic test” as cross reactivity and therefore false-positive results will inevitably occur"
- "These are severe design errors, since the test cannot discriminate between the whole virus and viral fragments. The "test cannot be used as a diagnostic for SARS-CoV-2 viruses"
- "of major relevance, the functionality of the published RT-PCR Test was not demonstrated with the use of a positive control (isolated SARS-CoV-2 RNA) which is an essential scientific gold standard"
- "the E gene used in RT-PCR test, as described in the Corman-Drosten paper, is not specific to SARS-CoV-2"
- "It is inevitable that this test will generate a tremendous number of so-called “false positives”
There is much more and I encourage everyone to read the paper for yourself - the technical parameters may be arcane but the essential message is damning.
Their final assessment is unequivocal:
- "we have identified concerning errors and inherent fallacies which render the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test useless"
I wonder who will listen?

“A truth’s initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed. It wasn’t the world being round that agitated people, but that the world wasn’t flat.
When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic”
— (Perhaps) Donald James
- Some think that the present election turmoil in the United States is just the usual American over-the-top way of doing things.
- That it happens to coincide with an unrelated pandemic which governments around the world are mishandling to a quite extraordinary degree is just the way things are.
- That coincidentally the World Economic Forum, the UN, the Central Banks all talking about a "Great Reset" is another unrelated exercise.
- And that elected (and maybe unelected) leaders around the world are suddenly all with one voice talking up a vacuous "Build Back Better" slogan is merely political posturing as usual.
Maybe we should bear in mind the Ian Fleming quote from Goldfinger:
“Mr Bond, they have a saying in Chicago: 'Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action'”
If it is indeed enemy action then it's on a quite unprecedented global scale and likely to have very far-reaching consequences for all humanity, so maybe we shouldn't be too complacent to consider that possibility?
Martin Geddes is a British independent researcher who has spent much time and effort to look into recent world events. He shares his thoughts with us in the form of a document which lays out his progress since 2017 (although I think he was getting involved a great deal earlier). I suppose it's a bit like a diary in which he wrote down his personal reflections, and then sanitized for consumption by his readership. He includes some nice pictures as well.
"Over the past 7+ years, I have put in far more hours of research and effort into a “side project” than I have into telecoms and tech. The subject doesn’t have a name, and there is no destination. If I was forced to describe it, I might choose “light and truth”. What is real, which way is “up”, and how can we really know? What I have discovered has forced me to reconsider many core beliefs"
At 54 pages it's a long but informative read which covers a huge amount of ground - and I would be very surprised if December 2020 is where it ends!
"On the surface of modernity we have Enlightenment values and scientific rationality. Yet when you take the cultural covers off, you find inside a war on objectivity — and a monumental power struggle to define reality itself"
Certainly it's a struggle to define our perceptions of reality - and the good news is that we ourselves have a hand in that, for better or for worse.

(My suggestion is to read in your browser, download from there, and read the PDF in Adobe Reader or your favoured software, as this gives you an index so that you can find your way around over several sessions)
Highly recommended if you prefer world events that do not take you too much by surprise.

Lockdown Sceptics publishes an article by well qualified authors (including Dr Mike Yeadon) which forensically explains how reliance on the PCR test is producing a "pseudo-epidemic".
"A false positive pseudo-epidemic is a well described phenomenon in the medical literature which results in an exponential rise in diagnosed cases and deaths but no excess deaths. PCR testing is renowned for it and the “second wave” of Swine Flu in 2009 was entirely a false positive pseudo-epidemic only stopped by stopping the testing"
This is the simple key point at issue which fatally undermines the whole government-by-big-pharma covid narrative, and the cogent arguments presented in this article deserve everybody's full attention, especially as we learn today that "end of lockdown" most emphatically does not involve any significant relaxation of restrictions on our freedom.
The article can also be downloaded here.
In fact, it's very hard to see how any independent providers in the hospitality industry can now avoid permanent closure.
The inevitable result will be to reduce many to dependence on such government hand-outs as they are able to access. Their future prosperity will depend upon the whims of the politicians rather than on their own free-market activity. Eventually their assets will be bought up by the big surviving corporations, and independent local businesses will become very few and far between.
Meanwhile levels of debt are mounting and interest rates and returns on capital invested are pushing below zero, meaning that pension funds can no longer provide sensible returns.
It is becoming ever harder to dismiss the thought that our government is no longer working on behalf of the people for the good of the economy, but whether intentionally or not, ever more people will become dependent upon the state and the employment offered by big corporations.
Will that "champion of free enterprise", the Tory Party, listen? Or are they really the champions only of the big corporations?

It has come to something when an "alternative medicine" site plunges into the world of global politics, but I suppose they are only following the lead of Big Pharma and the WHO. Politics and medicine are now joined at the hip, and have been ever since the politicians decided to "regulate" medical practice and monopolise it in the UK via the NHS. Strange how the denationalisation agenda of earlier Tory governments never extended to medicine.
And this is no cursory survey of the politics, but a full blown analysis of how the global "stakeholders" (mega-corporations of all kinds and their cronies to you and me) set out to overturn the rights of peoples across the world:
"The kicker is Article 29(3), which authorises the UN to suspend or remove ANY right or freedom and presumably due process of law that is contrary to their purposes and principles, which could of course change with the wind, with no mechanisms in place of any kind to check that power, they can simply do with you what they like, when they like"
"Article 29(3) of the Universal Declaration of "Human Rights is the specific clause that plunges a knife into the Magna Carta, English Bill of Rights and United States Constitution by declaring in hostile terms that "These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations"
Quite so.
Read the full article - it is a well-researched and worthy contribution to our understanding of world reset politics, not to mention our remaining Common Law rights, that "our" government would probably prefer us to forget.
Their short summary of Fascism is noteworthy, and their paragraphs on nutritional guidelines may be forgiven by those not yet prepared to challenge the medical orthodoxy imposed by Big Pharma - after all, the authors are proponents of natural healing.

It will come as no surprise to some that this site maintains a healthy suspicion concerning the motives of those who would use the supra-national bodies such as (but not confined to) the UN for their own purposes.
Huh - that's just a conspiracy theory - where is the evidence?
Well, there's plenty of circumstantial evidence for those who can put two and two together, but there is now a body of more direct evidence that is growing steadily in the less-controlled parts of the media, and today Lockdown Sceptics highlights a whistle-blower, a former parliamentary adviser in the German Bundestag, who sets out his thoughts on what is now going on, not just in Germany, but across the world.
"It is important that we, as a society, should again become capable of exchanging information without prejudice and with good will, even on controversial issues. We in Germany urgently need to learn once more how to listen to and respect each other"
"Politicians and the main stream media are currently trying to distract our attention from the serious political and economic changes that are being implemented in connection with the pandemic, having shown up . . . right on cue. One of their aims to ensure that people, in their fear of the virus, accept measures and permanent restrictions which, given the situation, are in no way justified by the need to maintain social order and are threatening the economic existence of millions of people"
"Supranational institutions enable corporations to exert an undemocratic influence. If not enough people recognise in time the dangers of a further concentration of power in the hands of a few large institutions and resist this, then we could soon find ourselves in a world in which our democratically legitimised governments have virtually no power of decision any more"
And you thought this was just in the UK? It isn't, and we must face the implications.
