  • When is an Abortion a Murder?

    2024-01-25

There comes a time when we must call out stupidity, especially when it is clearly part of an unstated agenda, and thus deliberate.

"... pro-abortion MPs, Stella Creasy and Diana Johnson, have tabled two extreme abortion up to birth amendments in an attempt to hijack the Government’s flagship Criminal Justice Bill"

The "abortion debate", characterised slightly less than fully appropriately by the slogan "my body my choice" has been pushed for many years, but when parliamentarians try to insert changes to the rules (to push the envelope into the range of viable births) via amendments to other Bills, and the RCOG decide to discipline medics who report illegal abortions to the relevant authorities, something is clearly adrift with the nation's moral compass, not to mention its legal compass and medical compass.

So without wishing to get entangled in the weeds of the abortion controversy per se (I am after all merely an ignorant male father who

  • Trudeau Defeated in Canadian Federal Court - Truckers Victorious

    2024-01-24

It seems that "the times, they are a-changing".

We all know that lawfare is an inordinately slow process, and slowed ever further by the byzantine complexity of much of today's (not to mention yesterday's) legislation.

    Still, a trucker's a trucker, a man's a man, and a victory is a victory for a' that (yes,it's Burrrrns week!).

"... the decision to issue the Proclamation does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness – justification, transparency and intelligibility... "

    Ouch.

Still, two years to establish that does seem excessive, bearing in mind the draconian nature of the repression.

  • You Are a Beneficial Owner - What Could Possible Go Wrong?

    2024-01-23

When is an owner not an owner?

It's a relevant question in these fraught financial times.

If the banking system goes belly up (and who would bet against it?) what do we get left with?

Do we own the stocks and bonds in our pension schemes?

Do our pension funds own the stocks and bonds held within their schemes?

The world runs on faith in our financial systems, but are these systems worthy of our trust?

"... the customers assets are taken without the knowledge of the customers, transported... free of payment... used by somebody else and put at risk... "

"... a derivative is a financial contract written about the behaviour of something else... "

  • Martin Geddes Takes on the Traffic Penalty Tribunal

    2024-01-19

I guess this is a topic in which a large number of motorists will have an interest - if not today, then tomorrow!

With "Low Emission" zones proliferating like the proverbial rabbits, there cannot be many who will never run foul of some restriction or other - even when well signed, it can be well-nigh impossible to scan all the street furniture, identify all the signs, then read and understand them, whilst simultaneously taking care to avoid rear-ending the vehicle in front.

So Martin, having been picked out for driving his (not commercial) van in an area where only private cars are permitted free passage, has decided to contest the claimed infraction on the basis that his van is a private conveyance in all significant respects and is therefore permitted free passage.

Of course, as he digs deeper he uncovers more issues... which seem as if they may have parallels with the Council Tax situation. Quelle surprise!

LaRouchePAC Addresses the State of World Events

    2024-01-13

German farmers, the ICJ genocide trial, are European politics on the move?

Where will the ICJ trial lead us?

Why did the "US UK coalition" decide to bomb the Houthis in Yemen?

By LaRouchePAC standards this is an above-average presentation that is actually interesting as well as informative! Let's hope they can keep it up...

The latest legal exchange between Mr Geddes and the Chief Executive of Durham County Council makes interesting reading (previous reports here).

  • Agricultural Transition Plan 2024

    2024-01-10

From the Ministerial Foreword by the Rt Hon Steve Barclay:

"I have learnt that farming is fundamental to the UK’s rural economy, the environment and of course our food security"

"... I am setting out the biggest upgrade to farming schemes since the UK has had the freedom to design our own schemes"

    We voted "Leave" in 2016.

The original Agricultural Transition Plan was published in 2020.

By comparison, Covid struck in January-ish 2020, the Coronavirus Act 2020 (348 pages) had received the Royal Assent by July 2020.

  • The Occult Art Explained

    2024-01-07

What is the "Occult"? That which is hidden.

How are things hidden? Behind something else.

Behind what exactly? Behind any one or more of a whole list of items and factors (limited only by the imagination of the sorcerer) that prevent us from seeing it. Including distraction to ensure that the subject pays no attention to the reality...

Fortunately, Alan of Salisbury is at hand to explain.

It's a long list, but presented in two parts, each from a different standpoint - which is required if you are trying to uncover the full situation.

  • What is "Informed Consent"?

    2024-01-06

In the aftermath of the Covid imbroglio (not to mention the Nuremberg trials) we are now aware I think that our medical profession (egged on by sundry "experts" government officials and other agencies) fell very short of advising everybody of the real risks of the "emergency use authorisation" "vaccines", with consequences that they seem very keen not to explore.

So it is indeed (as it always was) up to "we the patients" to ask the right questions when we are offered a treatment by "our" NHS, or by any other health practitioner.

But - what are the right questions?

Inevitably perhaps, it's not as clear-cut as we might like, and I doubt very much if anybody is taught about this in school these days (nor were we in my schooldays either). But not asking the right questions (and not recognising unsatisfactory answers!) can have severe life-changing consequences - and it won't be much consolation to be told that that consequence is "very

  • A Tale of a US Lawsuit

    2024-01-05

Dr Shiva Ayyadurai relates the story of his lawsuit against Twitter (as it was then) for censoring him at the behest of the US government.

There's a lot going on here, but it does illustrate the lengths that "the establishment" goes to in order to cover their tracks.

"... all these guys are part of one collective network of elites... "

"... this is classical limited hangout... "

"... Elon Musk still has a backdoor portal to Twitter open ! "

"... they do not want us to build a bottom-up movement because that is the only way we will be able to shatter the swarm... "

  • South Africa's Case Against Israel

    2024-01-04

Here we have the documented case against the state of Israel, which has been accused of breaching the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

The International Court of Justice in the Hague has scheduled a first hearing on 11th/12th January.

The presenter outlines a long litany of death and destruction which most civilised people may probably agree do amount to genocide.

Whether such destruction is warranted may be confused in the public mind by all manner of considerations, but the legal position is clear - the crime of genocide is never warranted, no matter the provocation.

It's easy to get emotional about such events, but the legal case must be determined in accordance with the transgressions of the

  • Geddes vs "TV Licensing"

    2023-12-31

Continuing the Great TV Licensing Saga, Martin Geddes outlines his case against the Courts for permitting Capita to act as principle in the case of Geddes vs the BBC (AKA "TV Licensing").

It revolves around the identity of "TV Licensing" - is it Capita (a BBC subcontractor) or is it the BBC?

If the latter, then Capita would have no standing in the courts to sue on behalf of "TV Licensing", which is alleged to be a mere trademark of the BBC, and thus of itself not a legal entity.

And Martin has copious evidence to prove his point.

Legal arcanery? Upon such does justice hang in our courts of law. Words are important -  a word out of place may

  • Council Tax Conundrum

Council tax, liability notice, legal requirements...

How can such a simple question become so complex?

To clear up the confusion (further muddy the waters?) PEACE KEEPERS go back to first principles of law below to explain what is lawful and what is not, depending as always upon the precise facts of each case. I recommend reviewing the above two videos before watching their contribution below.

  • A Tall Tale of Abuse of Power?

    2023-12-07

Martin Geddes (yes, him again) expands the scope of his reporting, this time to relate a depressing story of power withheld, and indeed justice withheld.

We have been following his battles over the TV licence fee and the supposed obligation to pay Council Tax, but this is a new twist; although I guess we shouldn't be surprised that there are other allegedly legal obligations that are conflicted in similar manner.

Happily he hasn't sought to take on this battle himself, but reports on another's quest to maintain power supply to his home with a supplier of his choice.

"It is a genuine scandal, and forms part of a much bigger scandal of how power companies treat us like serfs and ignore the law with impunity"

"This is the critical point: NONE of these entities had any power to act whatsoever"

I can't imagine that any major power company
