... but Professor Michio Kaku's recent observations provide us with a good excuse to revisit the notion and bring it up to date.

I suggest that those new to this site might like to read my other 'Down the Rabbit Hole' titles (use top left Search box), in particular Down the Rabbit Hole - 1 2 3 and 4 before continuing - it''s perhaps not so not necessary as it used to be, but does set the scene.
That said, perhaps it's something to do with the day of the month, but I'm featuring here what many might think is a fantasy video, a (beautifully prepared!) slice of wishful hokum with no bearing on the "real world".
But never mind the messenger and the fanciful presentation, listen to the message, a message so spot-on as to seem precisely tailored to slot straight in today. For me, it very obviously does exactly that.
See what you think.

Making a welcome return to these pages (or perhaps he actually belongs in a previous blog incarnation ...), and once more provoking the question "Why do the most knowledgeable people exhibit the most erratic and confusing styles of presentation?", Ken Wheeler explains the function of the Giza pyramids in the light of the recent discoveries of what is said to lie beneath them, as only Ken can.
Enjoy!

As, apart from rather odd hurricanes and a paucity of anything much that is both new and reasonably reportable (without shredding one's credibility too disastrously), I take the opportunity to highlight some well-deserved fun at the expense of today's media in general, by bringing you this entertaining piece from the Daily Sceptic, without further comment.
