    2021-07-05

Psalm 139 verse 14 may seem an unlikely title for this article, but it summed up my feelings after watching these videos.

The first one starts out innocently enough, but steadily brings up the most unlikely connections until it left my mind in a whirl, my curiosity panting, and my impetuous spirit wanting another three score years and ten so as to investigate all the avenues of enquiry that had been so impertinently opened up.

Live dangerously - watch it if you dare!

Will Silicon Valley be the Next Detroit ?

    2021-07-02

The Epoch Times posts an interesting interview with George Haber, "an insider in Silicon Valley for many years".

If you want to know how it all works, how they analyse our activities andmonetize us ...

"... it's not drinking, and it's not drugs, but it's actually a lot more dangerous in the long run, in my opinion..."

"... these companies are monetizing your weaknesses... "

"... hopefully it's only for money, but my impression is that it's not only for money, it's also for directing political choices and elections and so on..."

  • They are Real, They are Frightening, and Are They Already Here Among Us?

    2021-06-23

Invading aliens from the Planet Zog?

Unspeakable creatures from the Ocean Depths?

Monstrous insects from unsuspected underground hatcheries, primed to emerge in terrifying numbers at midnight on the next full moon?

    What could be more scary?

Well, indulge me for a moment in my flight of fancy, for I propose a more scary story yet...

Imagine if you will a scenario where we live comfortable lives in a supportive world, a world where we feel safe and competent to carry out our daily routines, cocooned within a familiar community, managed by benevolent authorities, our life plans progressing as expected. More or less. Which is pretty much the story for most of us in the UK for the last half century. (We should perhaps in passing remind ourselves that it was not always thus - in the preceding half century we had fought two world wars, and in that same half

  • The Resurrection of the 99% - And Much Else Besides

    2021-06-22

John L. Petersen (futurist) talks to Robert David Steele - and vice versa.

This may be a bit dark, but it does end on an optimistic note.

There are a lot of ideas here that will be contentious to many, so be prepared to suspend disbelief for a while. These predictions are said to be based upon evidence, and their proponents do allegedly have a track record for accuracy.

I have no corroboration one way or another, It's your judgement that counts. Having said that, I don't see anything in the world today that seriously conflicts with this narrative.

  • Human Augmentation - Dawn of a "New" Paradigm?

    2021-06-20

Man interfaced with AI? Robot humans? Hyper-Intelligent Humans?

This document is offered by a government web-site and I make no comment about it one way or another - except to say that some sort of "human augmentation" is definitely coming down the track towards us and if we do not or cannot understand it we will be unable to control it.

Note that there are copyright and usage restrictions to this documentation, which seem incompatible with its publication on the general internet. I assume that this is a simple oversight, but I may be wrong.

Almost inevitably, it seems that augmentation is first and foremost being driven by the military - no great surprise there but maybe it tells us something about the priorities of those who rule over us. Or it could just illustrate that the military are of necessity our

  • A Conversation with Corona

    2021-06-16

Jon Rappaport isn't necessarily known as a surrealist, but that may be about to change.

Salvador Dali with his surreal paintings may set the tone of visual surprise but once such a painting has been seen it loses its impact. Salvador has done all the hard work in bending reality in his mind and putting brush to canvas in order for us to see it, but somehow I for one feel that surrealism expressed in words is much more engrossing, involving as it must the use of our own personal powers of imagination in order to build and explore an alternate surreality from the perfectly normal black and white printed words before us.

This medium is I suspect ideal for Jon, whose avowed intent is to encourage us all to be more creative individuals - as an exercise in bending our normal three-dimensional consciousness to permit a conversation with an articulate pathogen, he pushes us beyond our normal confines and helps us to play for a while "outside the box".

    Isn't that

This video by Mark Steele (well-known "conspiracy theorist") who may well have Gateshead Council on the run is interesting. You don't have to accept the references to Satan if you don't want to, but it's getting to be unarguable that the globalist threat from socialism/fascism/communism/pick-your-own-ism that he talks about is real (whether deliberately so or misguidedly so is up to each of us to determine).

  • The World's Crisis is Primarily a Crisis of the Spirit?

    2021-03-23

The wars of ideas and propaganda about Covid, the "fight against racism", the attempts to divide societies through race, politics, gender, religion, "green", vaxxers vs anti-vaxxers, nuclear disarmament (sorry scrub that, it was overtaken long ago and now it just shows my age) - these are all matters of essentially a spiritual nature - they have become battle-grounds of faith and dogma rather than truth and logic.

So in a world comprised of billions of people of hundreds of nations, the question of how to order our campaigns toward success or failure has become urgent in our age of political crisis.

The "supreme ruler" chooses to rule by (a) force (b) fear of force (c) propaganda that seeks to give his rule a veneer of false truth and logic.

The controlled democracies are ruled by elites who actually behave as much like supreme rulers as they can, but

  • Web 3.0 - What Will the Intenet of the Future Feel Like?

    2021-03-13

This topic is of great import to our future, as we can be sure that the World Wide Web will continue to develop, and if "Big Tech" (and these days we must add "Big Government") have their way it will be to their corporate advantage - and not necessarily to the advantage of "we the people".

On the other hand, I'm guessing that most people might dismiss this topic as too technical, beyond imagination, and thus beyond comprehension. What can any individual person contribute to such a vast technological conundrum?

Does it need to be so?

These days it is very obvious that the internet is not only an information source, it is also used for political messaging, for buying and selling, for censoring of free speech, for "controlling the narrative", and for managing our finances, to name but a few current usages.

If getting to grips with how we use it today is difficult enough, how

  • Dr. Montagnier Shines a Light on COVID-19 and The Future of Medicine

    2021-02-23

The medico-political Covid situation is confusing on multiple levels which will clearly not be resolved any time soon, but just when you thought that there can't possibly be any more new hypotheses to discuss, along comes Matt Ehret with another.

It is widely accepted that electromagnetic radiation can be damaging to our health. X-rays, gamma rays, nuclear radiation, ultra-violet sunshine are all acknowledged to be damaging, whilst sunlight (excluding damaging UV) is known to be beneficial both physically (allowing the body to generate vitamin D) and mentally (cheering us all up :) .

Infra-red can be damaging if it causes us to heat up too much.

All other radiation is thought to be harmless . . .   except where it isn't, such a microwave radiation which causes us to heat up and is used for that purpose in microwave ovens (and for communications purposes in WiFi at low levels thought to be safe by regulators but disputed by campaigners).

  • From Ancient Sumer, Via Buzz Aldrin on the Moon, to Today

    2021-02-12

The happenings in our world today should be understood in perspective, and this article from Your Own World USA (yowusa.com) approaches it from a challenging historical perspective with which few of us may be familiar.

For the uninitiated, the postings of Q (which have been appearing since autumn 2017) are thought by many to be the unattributable work of military intelligence, whose prime objective has been to (a) demonstrate knowledge of events before they occur (sometimes years before) and (b) wake the general public up to the fact that their government, mainstream media, courts, academia, politicians, religions, and global NGOs of all descriptions (inclusive of the UN) have been corrupted.

Not just a little bit corrupted, in pockets here and there, but comprehensively and completely everywhere.

To the extent that "they" now feel ready to take over the world, dictate policy to the nation states, abolish private property, vaccinate us all with

  • Whither Christians Post Trump?

    2021-02-03

    Do religion and politics mix?

The Americans are famous for their religious fervour, and the Founding Fathers based their Declaration of Independence upon their religious outlook. Protestant Christianity and politics have been intertwined at root in America from the beginning.

In the UK the Christian faith has been espoused  by our monarchs for centuries (even if not fully and faithfully implemented - leaders throughout history have never been slow to co-opt religion for their own purposes).

As a result, we the English have historically tempered our overt Christian expression to fit pragmatically with the prevailing religious fervour favoured by our monarchs, and for good reason - the battle between protestants and Catholics for supremacy of thoughtsaw too many people burned for their

  • How do we Make Sense of our World?

    2020-12-20

How can we "know" what is going on?

Well, first-hand experience is probably the most reliable method - anything we can see, touch, hear, taste or smell is a good candidate for a high degree of certainty. If we hear someone say something and watch their lips move then we have two sources of information and the one (hopefully) corroborates the other - it doesn't get much more certain than that. However, it still doesn't vouch for the veracity of what was said, only that the person said it.

Second-hand experience is what we usually have to work with - we can see something in a newspaper, watch a report on TV, and so on, but these could all be easily faked. So we have to rely on other factors to corroborate the original, and here we come up against the problems and opportunities of trust.

If we trust the source of the report then we are likely to believe it. If we don't trust the source then we will be sceptical unless we can see corroborative reports
