Will Silicon Valley be the Next Detroit ?
2021-07-02
The Epoch Times posts an interesting interview with George Haber, "an insider in Silicon Valley for many years".
If you want to know how it all works, how they analyse our activities andmonetize us ...
"... it's not drinking, and it's not drugs, but it's actually a lot more dangerous in the long run, in my opinion..."
"... these companies are monetizing your weaknesses... "
"... hopefully it's only for money, but my impression is that it's not only for money, it's also for directing political choices and elections and so on..."
Watch and learn.

Tory "Decarbonisation" - the Road to Self-Destruction?
2021-07-02
The GWPF (Global Warming Policy Forum) points up the every-rising energy costs that will be necessary to force households off gas and petrol and onto "green" electricity over the coming few years.
Perhaps they are relying on a nation grateful for "saving them from Covid" - but then voters are notorious for their short memories, particularly when being hit in the pocket and driven out of business.
They should tread carefully.

Batley and Spen By-Election
2021-07-02
I'm getting too jaundiced to go through all the political ins and outs of our immeasurably tedious national politics, but Viv Evans of Independence Daily is made of sterner stuff and has written a pretty good analysis of the Batley and Spen by-election for us.

UNRIG Elections - The Movie
2021-07-02
This is it!
Inspired by Robert David Steele and produced under his aegis, this is the long awaited 1hr 30 min movie on the history of elections in the United States.
It does rather put the current electoral shenanigans into historical context.
Does anybody remember the infamous "hanging chads" of Florida? It doesn't seem that look ago, but the voting machines of the time were still using punched cards.
Was there ever an election that was not marred by fraud? Who knows?
Watch and find out.

The Ferguson Model - Imperial and Impervious
2021-07-02
One really does have to wonder what it is that some people have that others have not.
Take for example, Professor Neil Ferguson, whose infamous modellings have been shown to be reliably wrong over the course of time, yet whose tenure on SAGE seems to be guaranteed regardless, despite at one point reportedly resigning in disgrace - not in shame for his awful modelling but for the far more heinous crime of consorting with his girlfriend during lockdown.
The same thoughts about Ferguson's Imperial College

US Labs Scour 1500 Covid Tests - No Covid, Just Dynamite
2021-07-01
This one seems to have passed me by at the time, but better late than never!
An immunologist-virologist and colleagues from 7 universities are suing the CDC for "massive fraud".
“When my lab team and I subjected the 1500 supposedly positive Covid-19 samples to Koch’s postulates and put them under an SEM (electron microscope), we found NO Covid in all 1500 samples. We found that all 1500 samples were primarily Influenza A, and some Influenza B, but no cases of Covid"
Well, how did that come about? They did not use the RT-PCR test.
So it seems that the only way we know if somebody "has Covid" is by taking a "Covid test" - lateral flow or RT/PCR (as manufactured in China).
I guess they came to the conclusion that these tests are just a simple means to relabel any handy sickness (or none if asymptomatic) as Covid and thus:-

Northern Ireland Court Rejects Case Against the NI Protocol
2021-07-01
Yesterday's regular Brexit Watch Tea Time email briefing highlights the news that Ben Habib, Baroness Hoey Jim Allister and others had their application for judicial review of the Northern Ireland Protocol rejected by the Belfast High Court.
"In a momentous constitutional ruling, Mr Justice Colton found that the protocol – which creates the Irish Sea border – conflicts with the 1800 Act of Union, but that legislation enacting the protocol in Parliament has repealed part of the Act of Union"
The plaintiffs had argued that the constitutional Act of Union of 1800 and the Good Friday Agreement were both breached by imposition of the Protocol, since constitutional change normally requires explicit amendment of constitutional legislation.

JCVI / MHRA - Lethal or Life-Saving?
2021-06-30
With the national campaign to vaccinate all human life in the UK against Covid-19 in full swing, and with no approved Covid-19 "vaccine" in sight until around 2023 when the first vaccine manufacturer's trials are due to be completed, we might pause to ask ourselves some pertinent questions:
- In view of the critical importance of safety in these vaccination programmes, why are these vaccine trials being run by the manufacturers who have an overwhelming financial and (arguably) reputational interest in obtaining a positive outcome?
- Why were the manufacturers given an absolute indemnity from prosecution for damage caused by their vaccines?
- On what evidential basis did the MHRA give emergency approval for the vaccine roll-out?
- Given that six months have elapsed since commencing the roll-out, what steps has the MHRA taken to investigate the "Yellow Card" reports of vaccine adverse
- In view of the critical importance of safety in these vaccination programmes, why are these vaccine trials being run by the manufacturers who have an overwhelming financial and (arguably) reputational interest in obtaining a positive outcome?

Good Law Project: Documents reveal VIP lane for Test and Trace Contracts
2021-06-30
We have previously reported on the Good Law Project's good work in investigating the manner in which "our" government placed PPE contracts.
Today we highlight their work in investigating the placement of Test and Trace contracts.
"This new evidence corroborates reports in November from unnamed insiders that there was a VIP channel for testing supplies. The total spend on Test and Trace is £37bn, dwarfing that for PPE"
Of course, if sub-optimal procurement procedures were used for one set of contracts it is reasonable to investigate whether they were also used for others.

Covid Vaccines Effects in Young Adults & Children - & the WHO View

CDC Releases Revealing Emails to ICAN
2021-06-30
The link if any between vaccines and autism has long been contentious.
On the one hand there are those who compare the rising numbers of vaccines delivered against the rising number of children diagnosed with autism, and on the other we have the regulatory authorities steadfastly denying any link, apparently on the basis of "not proven".
Good luck telling that to the parents of children who developed autism soon after having them vaccinated.
Now ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network) has received emails from the CDC in response to an FOIAR (Freedom of Information Act Request) that casts doubt on the way in which the CDC has administered its procedures:
"On August 27, 2014, Dr. Thompson, provided a statement through his attorney that the CDC “omitted statistically significant information” showing an association between the MMR vaccine and autism..."

Asian Countries to Build 600 New Coal-Fired Generating Plants
2021-06-30
The Guardian reports that 80% of new coal power generation investment will take place in five Asian countries.
Which begs the question: was it really wise of the UK Europe and the USA to outsource our heavy industries to the East during the last century?
Has it not led overall to more global pollution and CO2 generation rather than less?
Is it not now high time to begin repatriating our heavy industries back to the UK so that we can use the abundant supplies of green energy that we have been promised to create our steel, aluminium etc rather than importing it from high-polluting Asia?

Complaint to the ASA re the NHS Covid Lateral Flow Test
2021-06-30
The campaigning group Time for Recovery have highlighted the recent NHS advertising campaign promoting the Lateral Flow Test to the public as being misleading.
In their complaint to the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) they document a well-constructed demolition job on this test, noting that in the USA the "FDA has banned its used, issuing a recall notice" for it.
There are many other concerns about the test, all itemised in this complaint.
Anybody concerned about this test and wishing to make any approach to a UK body about its use (for example, a school) should find this complaint a useful compendium of reasons to avoid it.

Miami Building Collapse
2021-06-29
If anybody feels some déjà vu after watching this, compare the way that this building fell with the 9/11 Twin Towers collapse. Even the BBC picks up the point.
It appears to have the hall-marks of a controlled demolition - a neat vertical collapse into its exact footprint. No ragged falling at one side, no asymmetry to speak of, in fact - seemingly not unbalanced in any way.
The second section indeed seemed to begin to topple sideways, but then corrected itself! How would that happen?

Principal Brief Filed in Case Against FCC Rule Allowing Base Station Antennas on Homes
2021-06-29
Children's Health Defense is taking the FCC (Federal Communications Committee) to court over their federal ruling "which allows fixed wireless companies to contract with private property owners, including homeowners, to place point-to-point antennas on their property".
“The rule effectively transforms residential areas into radiation-saturated industrialized zones and creates a wireless ‘Wild West’”
This may all be happening in America rather than the UK but our regulatory authorities habitually look to the USA for their lead, so this case is of great interest to us.
