Down the Rabbit Hole - and Into the Planet!
2023-11-18
(Let me start with the customary suggestion - readers are advised to read my other 'Down the Rabbit Hole' titles (use top left Search box), in particular Down the Rabbit Hole - 1, before continuing)
This video is a round-up of many of the stories about what may lie beneath our feet, and who may have lived there, even who may live there still... there is now so much published information that it seems unreasonable to dismiss it all out of hand as "baseless conspiracy theory" - although it seems equally unreasonable to assume that everything published is invariably true!
This idea actually has a long history of investigation and discoveries - ancient multi-story underground cities have been revealed in Turkey and probably elsewhere, even the lost civilisation of Atlantis was said to be linked around the world by subterranean railways... indeed they were also said to be more technologically

Strange Times, Unusual Conclusions
2023-11-12
Investigators of "conspiracy theories" have come in many forms shades and sizes in recent (and not so recent) times, but one of the striking features of their work is how many of them have broadened their topic interests away from their original focus, and towards humanity's existential questions - Where did we come from? How should we live? Why are we here? Whither are we going? What to do? How to do it?
Investigators of mysterious artefacts, ancient megaliths, paranormal goings-on, and indeed modern mysteries such as crop circles, are all driven by tangible evidence and all come up against what appears to be a flat denial ofreasonable challenges to the accepted dogmas of our age. Faced with frankly unlikely, even ridiculous interpretations of supporting evidence, they inevitably start posing questions about who what

Bring Back the Classics of Our Youth!
2023-11-12
Guy de la Bédoyère is my kind of man - Heck, he even grew up on my old stomping ground!
Reading this piece is reliving my own youth - it just needs the scent of steamed syrup pudding and custard to be overwhelming.
I have to admit that having spent much of my adult life looking forward to achievements not yet met, to be dumped back into my childhood and adolescence so unceremoniously is arresting(despite the omission of "Dixon of Dock Green"), and prompts a degree of introspection - what have I done with my life, and what was it all for?
Guy is right - in those days we had dreams. Exciting dreams. Entertaining dreams. Encouraging dreams. Dreams worth dreaming.
What dreams do our kids have now? Deadly pandemics? Climate armageddon? Gender dysphoria? Terrorism? World war 3? the Collapse of

"Turmoil" at the Beeb?
2023-11-07
"Most recently, the BBC has also confronted detailed and outraged criticism from its own members of staff"
"... an email that was sent on 24 October by a BBC correspondent based in Beirut, Rami Ruhayem, to the Director General of the BBC, Tim Davie, voicing ‘the gravest possible concerns’ about BBC coverage of unfolding events in Gaza"
It does appear to be true that the BBC coverage is coming under fire from both sides, so are they achieving that elusive "balance" that is said to be the hallmark of their reporting?
My guess is that in wartime, "balance" and "impartiality" are inevitably impossible to achieve for everyone, and reporting of the complex origins of the situation in a succinct but accurate manner almost as difficult, but whether the BBC is actually making a fair attempt may be a question worth asking.

Amnesty for those Who Mandated their Errors on Everybody?
2023-11-05
These are unprecedented times. Some are evidently now realising that they went too far - much too far. Anybody can make a mistake, but who is entitled to force their mistakes on everybody else?
It's a matter of simple logic. Whilst centralised control enforces one bad decision on everybody, distributed control allows others to come to their own conclusions and devise alternative approaches. People notice which approaches work and which don't, and make their choices accordingly.
The centralised top down approach assumes an always-correct infallible central authority, and we know that that is an absurd proposition without precedent in history.

Report from Acapulco - "Devastation"
2023-11-05
This video is from 28 October, just aftera relatively benign tropical storm suddenly turned into a raging hurricane (hurricane Otis) which hit a quite unprepared Acapulco, before immediately fading away to not much at all.
This report is from a resident in Mexico, north of Acapulco.
"Most people in Acapulco had already gone to sleep and no idea there even was a hurricane... "
"... no help in Acapulco for anyone, and in fact they're blocking help from coming in... "
"... there was no rain with this hurricane... the storm surge was absolutely massive... "
"... this has defied

Varoufakis - Support Assange, Support Journalism, or Lose Your Freedom
2023-10-10
Yanis Varoufakis, one-time Greek Finance Minister who took on the EU and was betrayed ultimately by his own prime minister...
Economist, author, unflinching man of the people, truly a hero of our times who has fought the unwinnable political fight, but who remains nevertheless steadfast in his hard-won truth.
If any man should take on the task of dismantling the EU and rebuilding Europe, he is the superbly qualified stand-out candidate.
He has a simple message for us.

Double-Think Rides Again

Neil Oliver applies his analytical mind to try to uncover what exactly has been going on in the Canadian Parliament.
His conclusions are both shocking and unbelievable - but logically consistent and (barring some strange form of mass hysteria) probably correct.

The Online Harms Bill - Friend or Foe?
2023-09-22
Now primed and ready for detonation Royal Assent, this Bill (all 108 thousand words of it) has passed through all its parliamentary stages and will be law shortly.
Of course everything Parliament does these days is always for our safety, but what about our education, our ability to research, and our freedom of speech?
I'm not going to offer any assessment here myself, but one tenacious soul has already had it analysed by AI (ChatGpt) - one AI (automated) analysing another (the Statute Book) one might think. What did it make of it? Did it collapse in a heap, defeated by the intersectional cross-referencing, extraordinary tedium, and sheer volume of banality, or did it manage to extract its meaning andfurnish some relevant answers?
Happily, automated AI knows neither banality nor tedium, and can cross-reference til the cows come home - once it has all the

Syria!
2023-09-19
We have become accustomed to sporadic reports from Syria, some alleging chemical attacks, some alleging incursions by terrorists, and more. Vanessa Beeley has featured on UK Column for some time, reporting on these events, whilst mainstream media has reported a different version of events.
Of late, Syria seems to have been stabilised to some extent through by support from Russia.
Yet the troubles continue.
Perhaps this video will shed some light on what has been going on.
I present it as is without verification. It's your judgement that counts.

Excess Deaths and Covid Jab Status
2023-09-06
We have waited a long time for someone to connect the dots.
Remember, it is the responsibility of the MHRA to monitor the results of the distribution of medicines - including those labelled as vaccines - to pick up any safety signals and ensure that potential problems are investigated.
The ONS has published statistics on excess deaths that can be correlated with the different rates of vaccine uptake across the age ranges.
So, the analysis is based upon the principle that if there is no connection between vaccine uptake and excess deaths, then the excess deaths would not obviously be related to the vaccinated/unvaccinated status of those who died, and the percentage of excess deaths in both the vaccinated and the unvaccinated groups will be (more or less) expected to be the same as the overall proportion for these groups combined.
So if the proportion of excess deaths overall is 10%, then both the unvaccinated

"We Are ... Still a Member of the European Project"
2023-09-02
Just in case anybody is still unaware, Mahyar Tousi spells out the effectual truth for us:
"We are apparently still a member of the European Project"
(except of course our "membership" doesn't extend to allowing Nigel Farage or any other UK MEPs back into the European Parliament - it's an "à la carte" unofficial membership with all the costs and responsibilities - such as open borders - and none of the benefits)
Quelle Surprise.

They Always Plan Events in Advance
2023-08-30
Event 201, where the "great and the good" got together in 2019 to plan how a new pandemic should be handled, effectively heralded the Covid "pandemic".
The shaping of public opinion is a trademark of the secret services - that is clear from Operation Mockingbird, where the CIA took control of the American media. Why do that unless you want to manipulate public opinion?
Of course, the British are alleged to have helped the Americans to set up the CIA after the end of WW2. So have the British secret services been up to the same kind of tricks as their counterparts in the USA?
Tricks that may go well beyond the mere manipulation of public

So You Think You Know Your AI?
2023-08-17
AI has become a bit of a bogeyman, used to scare us all into thinking that we will soon be thrown on the scrap-heap of history when our jobs are taken by automation/artificial intelligence.
Is there any truth to this suggestion?
Or is it all a wild over-hyping that will fizzle out in the cold light of reality?
What is "intelligence" anyway?
Does it differ from wisdom?
What will we do if/when the mundane is covered by automation and we don't need "the daily round, the common task" in order to survive? The answer will depend upon who garners the fruits of its labours - will they be reserved for the elite of the WEF-UN partnership
