"V-safe is a smartphone app that allows vaccine recipients to 'tell CDC about any side effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.'  The purpose (download) of the app 'is to rapidly characterize the safety profile of COVID-19 vaccines when given outside a clinical trial setting' " - such as a vaccine roll-out.

ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network) has been campaigning for the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) to release safety data in its possession with regard to the Covid-19 vaccines.

"The FDA and CDC have now made crystal clear that their promise of transparency with regard to COVID-19 vaccines was hogwash.  As everyone now knows, the FDA has asked a federal judge to give it at least 75 years to produce the pre-authorization/licensure safety data.  And we now know with certainty, federal health authorities similarly want to hide the post-authorization/licensure safety data."

ICAN's attornies have identified that there is no cause for this reasoning to apply to the V-safe data, and are suing for its release.

The MHRA is the UK body tasked with monitoring adverse vaccine events, but appears to rely entirely on passive analysis of the yellow card reports (which being unknown to most are recognised as capturing only a small, quite possibly tiny, fraction of actual adverse vents). Their weekly reports are not easy to follow.

UK Column publish their own analysis which does enable some filtering.

They also publish a review of the USA VAERS data (the US counterpart to the MHRA's yellow card system) (two videos, around 2 hrs in all).
